We supply various weights from 15g to 70g that are used as interior linings in the manufacturer of mattresses as well as some 50g and 60g for use in Pocket Spring Mattresses.
We also sell varying weights from 35g to 50g that are used to manufacture budget quilts and have recently developed a brand new “natural” biodegradable material (PLA) manufactured from corn starch which is being used alongside other natural products in the production of high-end mattresses.
Nonwoven fabrics are durable, cost-effective and lightweight. They are also often used as carpet backing, supporting the underside of the carpet. This provides extra comfort, reduced noise, a moisture barrier, and helps with wear and tear.
