Needlefelt

Manufactured by randomly laying short fibres of Polyester or Polypropylene or a blend onto a conveyor belt and bonding together by needling through the layers. Used in a range of applications from Filtration, Furniture and Bedding, Construction and Geo-textile.

The fabric is thicker than other nonwovens giving it greater “depth” which makes it a better filter media as it can catch more particles than other nonwovens.
