Spunbond Polyethylene

Soft, lightweight, inert material, ideal for medical and skin contact uses. It also responds well to RF welding.

It is a nonwoven material manufactured by spunbond technology whereby Polyethylene chip is melted and extruded in continuous filments and spun out in a multi directional web before being heat sealed. This gives it a uniform, strong but very soft material which is extremely cost effective and can be used across a range of industries.
